Wednesday, 10/8: No practice due to testing and no school. Kids will run their pre-meet run on their own.

Thursday, 10/9: Metro Conference Championship at Walnut Creek (Papillion-La Vista South High School). Races schedule: Varsity Boys @ 9:00am / Varsity Girls @ 9:30am / JV Boys @ 10:05am / JV Girls @ 10:45am. Awards to follow the JV Girls race in the stadium.

Friday, 10/10: 8:00 a.m. practice at Millard West for varsity and anyone else who wants to continue racing for the JV meet the following week on 10/17 or for the Nike Regional race in Sioux Falls on 11/9.
