For our time trial tomorrow at Walnut Grove, everyone will race the 5k course together. It gives us a starting point for the season and a chance to feel what a 5k race feels like without any other teams to compete against.

I have asked all of the kids to be at the park by 6:30 a.m. so we can go through our race-day warm-up. Our time trial will begin at ~7:15 a.m. Those of you who have been around, the 5k course has a couple of changes. On the documents section, I posted the new course map.
